part time jobs

My daughter has moved to Guelph and will be attending college in the fall and is having a hard time finding a job. Does anyone who lives in Guelph have any suggestions as to where she can look. She missed the job fair given by the college and says that there is not alot out there unless you know someone. We would appreciate anyones advice. She has a vehicle so transportation wouldn't be a problem.

Hi Senora30,

It should be noted that TripAdvisor does not facilitate discussions on any other topic than Travel (Relocation – Employement etc… is OFF TOPIC) and as such will be deemed inappropriate the post will be CLOSED – REMOVED – DELETED as TA sees fit.

TA FORUMS POSTING GUIDELINES = tripadvisor.com/help/what_are_the_guidelines…

That said, in the meantime before the "TA Owls" (Moderators) do that, I suggest that you start by using GOOGLE to look at the Classified Ads in the local Newspapers. And as for the University… go ahead and contact them… it is my experience that there are always on campus jobs as well as a on-site Employment Office.

Best of luck in your research,

Hi Senora30;

The Walmart store at Woolwich & Woodward just expanded to become a "Super Centre". They should be looking for staff.

Best Regards
