Public Transit to Ontario Parks

There are frequent questions from folks planning a visit to Ontario about getting to our great provincial parks by some form of public transit. Unfortunately, the usual response has been that this is not possible.

We came across this article today about a not-for-profit service called Parkbus that is now making access to parks possible for those without a vehicle of their own. The service operates out of Toronto with a pilot program running from Ottawa:

This sounds like a great service. Feedback from anyone who has tried it is most welcome.
