Valley Wine Tour

My boyfriend and I will be in Halifax on 10/20/2011 on a cruise. We'd like to take a tour of the Wine country and do some wine tasting on the day we are there. The Wine Valley tour offered by the cruise ship seems pretty pricey. We're looking for a recommendation of a Tour Company. Thanks!

Thanks for the tips. I checked out Eagle Tree Vineyard Tour and have been in touch with Heather. It sounds like it will be a great trip!! I'll post and let TripAdvisor know after the cruise...

I have a distant relative was here a couple of years back. She leads wine tours and tastings from UK to Europe and she was quite impressed with Blomidin Winery.

I've found that since the wineries are all within a short distance from each other, the best way to enjoy a day is to visit 3 or 4 of them.

Of course you should have someone else doing the driving!

P.S. I enjoy them all. They all have something for individual tastes.
