Regional Microbrews in Nova Scotia

Does Nova Scotia have any locally brewed beers, preferably draught. This would not include Molson or Labatt. Thanks

Paddy's Brew Pub & Rosie's Restaurant at Wolfville in the Annapolis Valley has a brewery with a selection of 6 different brews.

Rudder's Seafood Restaurant & Brew Pub in Yarmouth is another.

It's located on the waterfront not too far from the ferry terminal.

I don't drink beer, so can't comment on the brew; however I've sampled the food & it's great at both places.

There's probably others that I'm not aware of in the province,

hopefully someone else can give you more info.

Propeller beer is also *extremely* popular in Nova Scotia. It's brewed in Halifax. You can tour the brewery on Gottingen Street and sample the beer, too. And yes, it comes in draught.

They also make sodas now, too.

And if your speaking locally, Keiths India Pale Ale is brewed only in NS by Labatts and Sleemans has a Brewery in Dartmouth which carries some of the defunct Maritime Brew Co. as well as Sleeman's own brews.
