"To Go" supper-- Sunday night in Aug--Inner Harbour

My 2 children (11 and 9) and I will be taking the ferry over to Victoria for the day from Port Angeles. We have a 3 hour whale watching tour ending at 5pm with Spring Tide Tours. Looking on Google Maps I only see a few restaurants along the way. What recommendation do you have to grab something to go along the way?? Any cuisine is fine. Seafood would be great. Not fast food unless it's food truck. Thanks!

Take out form Milestones or Sam's Deli might serve the purpose.

Here's a map for walking from Spring Tide to Milestones and Sam's, then to the Clipper.

Red Fish Blue Fish along Wharf Street at the north end of the Inner Harbor is a great choice for seafood.

Just around the corner from the Coho ferry is Fisherman's wharf - lots of excellent seafood and others.

Very relaxed atmosphere and great views.

Kids will love the seal that hangs around the dock.

You could take one of the little ferries from the whale watching dock right over to Fisherman's wharf - another kid pleaser. - http://victoriaharbourferry.com

my favorite 'to go' food in Victoria is something the Noodle Box. That's what we usually grab to go to the beach, or hand out at Beacon Hill Park.

I would second Red Fish Blue Fish.

It's a long line but SO worth the wait.

It's right on the water, dining is outside. The food is fresh, sustainable and delicious. The prices vary from $5 for a fish taco up to $12 for halibut and chips. And plenty on the menu for kids to enjoy. Their soup is fabulous, and their curry smothered chips are very filling. They also sell Paletas (popsicles) from Fruition Paletas, they're a Sunday ritual with my boys.

It can be tricky to find so ask along the way.

Red Fish Blue Fish is good, but you will most likely have a long wait in a line-up. Be prepared half hour wait (or more). If your children are hungry and tired I would suggest the Fisherman's Wharf option.
