Where to stay in Vic. for 1 or 2 nights for a group of 12?

Hi,

We have an annual trip coming up and there is a chance for us to stay in Victoria for a couple days. We have thought about hotel rooms but we would like to stay together since its a short trip and want to spend time in a group.

We are looking for something is walking distance of Downtown but I'm not sure where to search - any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

You have many choices and you should ask for a group discount. I personally ask for a group discount.

Victoria regent - huge suites with kitchens. If you got 2 bedroom suites you would live like kings

Harbour towers great rooms overlooking the harbour

Swans Pub has great rooms with a brew pub on the first floor

Magnolia Hotel boutique hotel

Empress Hotel great atmosphere.

These are all great hotels.

You will get a group discount which should make these fun options.

Have a boo at Parkside.. Friends of ours have stayed there on different occasions... Tucked 1/2 block behind the Empress, fully contained suites, full kitchen.....Big thumbs Up!

Victoria Regent Hotel has some really spacious larger suites.

If you rented suites 801 and 802, it would be able to accommodate your entire group:

There are kitchens in all of the suites if you want to save money , and the view over the inner harbour is spectacular. You will be centrally located on Wharf Street and will be able to walk everywhere within minutes.

You should definitely ask for a group discount. The Royal Scott is really amazing and very accommodating. They have big rooms with kitchenettes, and is affordable. It's right in the heart of downtown, five minutes from the inner harbor.
