Transportation

If we take the Canada Line from the airport to downtown, how far of a walk would it be to the Canadian on 1080 Hornby Street? Thanks.

From Yaletown-Roundhouse Station, it would be about an 850 metre walk or 12-15 minutes. You could also transfer right at Yaletown Station, using the same transit ticket, to the C23 David bus. The bus stop is on westbound Davie at Mainland, just steps from the exit to the station. The C23 runs every 15 minutes into the evening and would take you within 200 metres of your accommodation.

Here's an edited answer I gave to the same question last month.

"...It of course depends how mobile you are. I would take the Canada Line to the City Centre Station, ( takes only 24 minutes ) go up to Georgia Street and turn left, cross Howe Street.. The next street is your street Hornby. Walk the 3 1/2 blocks to The Canadian. It's not far at all..."

Rustproof's suggestion would have better sidewalks to walk on. From VCC Station to the accommodation would amount to about 800 metres/10 min walk. The bus option there would be the #16 from southbound on Howe @ Georgia for 3 blocks. You can use your ticket on that bus too.
