Advice on Where to Stay in Kelowna

Would like some suggestions on where to stay in Kelowna BC for end of February for one night stay. As It will be back from ski trip from Revelstoke?

Is downtown Kelowna worth staying in? lots of things to do in downtown Kelowna?

Looking for a budget price as low as possible, under a 100 a night if possible.

Suggestions please.

If you have a car, it really doesn't matter if you stay downtown or not. There are many hotels along hwy 97 that are near the mall and several main restaurants. There are also restaurants downtown, but for 1 night I wouldn't pay extra to be there.

Check out Dilworth Inn. Close to Orchard Park Mall, restaurants and Pub. More expensive downtown.

Not sure if you are into B&B's, we always stay at this B&B in Kelowna - just love it .....(but being of German heritage myself I quite understand the hosts!)::

Consider the Holiday Inn Express on the highway into town just before Orchard Park shopping centre. In the process of adding 70 new rooms so ask for one of them when you book! Also adding waterslides so bring your bathing suit if you fancy a dip.

There is also a hostel in downtown Kelowna (or was, when I was last there a year ago) - I think it was a Samesun. IIRC, there's also a HI hostel, but that one is not as close to downtown.
