Just wanted to share my thoughts with a recent overnight trip to the Lion's Campground in Devon, Alberta. We live in Edmonton and wanted to go somewhere close to test out our equipment for the upcoming season. There were three of us - on motorcycles - Vstrom 650's. An adventure-dual-purpose motorcycle. We were informed that only one motorcycle/tent would be permitted per site at a rate of $22/night + $7/bundle firewood. The sites given to us were right next to the river and somewhat secluded. Unfortunately the picnic tables were in a sad state of disrepair and the firepits were rickety oly washing machine drums. There was no real even ground to pitch a tent on - not a huge deal. We're used to rough terrain and use EXPED air mats for that reason. But for some that might be a problem. You could easily fit 4 or 5 tents on one site. We would have paid extra to pitch two tents on one site but it wasn't allowed.
If you're going in your 50' apartment on wheels, it might be suitable for you but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone camping - which is a shame considering it's one of the few places to camp if you're also into canoeing the river and want to moor close to a site.
