Yes, the beaches are sandy and warm in Nuevo Vallarta.

The beach is a dark color sand and very easy to walk on especially during low tide. All the above resorts are nice and you can't go wrong with either.

JVSweety: You are correct... We No longer go to PVR resorts because of the bad beaches, rocks with breakwaters. the Beach in Nuevo (New) Vallarta is WAY better. You can walk all the way from Paradise Village to the town of Bucerias.

Map might help : http://vallarta-info.com/nuevo.html

Drive from airport is approx. 15-20 Mins. to resorts around Sambas.(smaller Older resort).

Note: Palladium is Not in Nuevo.. it's in Punta de Mita.. further North another 1/2 hour past Sambas. and build on cliffs..Issolated. Lots of Steps .a good resort... but Not as nice as some in Nuevo.IMHO.

VDPF. you have to Pay extra for All Inclusive.
