Thank you

Is any place better than others, or is it just luck and timing?

yankee,

for the best shot take one of the many tours. they know where to go. they arent that expensive and quite enjoyable as you will see a lot of other ocean life as well as a perspective of the Cape unachieveable from the shore. Buena Suerte.... jim

Any advise on who to book through and what $$ one should expect to pay?? Also, is it better/cheaper to book when a cruise ship is not in port. Do you know what days the cruise ships are in port. (I will be there Thurs. March 2nd through Monday March 6th.)
