Recommendations for a Cenote Dive guide

Hi all!

I will be staying in Tulum for 2 weeks in mid November.

During my stay I would like to dive Dos Ojos, Gran Cenote, Carwash & Angelita.

I am hoping you can recommend me either a dive guide or a shop based in Tulum, with whom I can organize these dives.

I have read quite a lot of the recommendations, however many were for people based out of PDC or Akumal.

My Tulum accommodation is already booked and paid for - so I will not be changing my plan and staying elsewhere.

That is why I am not interested in using a guide based out of Akumal or PDC.

Hoping you can help me!

Thanks in advance.

makes no sense. we stayed on the beach at Tulum and used a PDC dive shop. They driove a van down and picked us up.

Go to page 7 of this link for Tulum dive shops . www.locogringo.com/dynamic/services.cfm… Shop&location=any I can't say which are best but if someone strongly recommended a PDC dive shop then it wouldn't make much difference as Katzger says . Several of the guides that we have spoken to have been German by chance if that is important to you at all . The link is divided between town and beach shops as with all Tulum services and one of the German fellows worked at one of the town shops . I remember this because we asked him about seeing mammals out in the jungle and his local helper had recently seen a jaguar on his way out to one on his ATV . Very rare and very cool that the cats will let you glimpse them as with the cougars here at home . Enjoy your trip .
