Dreamliner 1st flight travelled to florida two days ago. Rolling out for mexico now. Alesha Dixon manned the travel desk after training to celebrate long awaited flight. About time too. Can't wait for hols. Booked on strength of these comfy new planes

Two people have posted on the Air Travel forum that have just flown on the Dreamliner, one flew back from Mexico to Glasgow and the other was from Orlando to East Midlands.

Guess you won't be travelling on the Dreamliner now. Thank goodness no loss of lives. Geez this aircraft has had it's share of problems.

They have not grounded the Dreamliner, there is no reports as yet that the problems are the same as before!!

You are right, sorry, was just looking at the Daily Mail on line and the way their headlines read it appears they grounded the 787 fleet, but that was 3 months ago over a similar incident.

But apparently another one flying from Manchester has just had a problem too. It had to return to the airport after dumping fuel.
