Sandos playacar restriction on restaurants

Hi

Are you restricted on which restaurants you can eat in?

Thanks Emma

They provide a certain number of reservations at the ala cartes based on how many days you stay there. The main buffet is always open for dinner - as is the Italian buffet. I have heard people say they will let you exceed the number of times in ala cartes if there is availability at the last minute, but we didn't try this. We were perfectly satisfied with the number of ala carte meals we could have during our stay - blended with the 2 buffets - but we are pretty easy going in that regards. You can also get crepes at any time which can serve as a meal for some people.

Went in December over the Christmas Holiday!!! With our 6nite/7day stay we were allotted three ala carte reservations.

We made our reservations in advance of our arrival and it went very well. In doing this you obviously need to choose your restaurants before actually getting there and getting on sight feedback. We did a lot of research on here and many other internet sights.

That being said, we choose the Mediterranean, the Steakhouse and my wife and I went to the Gourmet. The evening we went to the Gourmet our children ate at the Mexican(no reservation needed but get there early).

We were pleased with all of our choices! The Italian buffet, Il Piemonte was our choice on our buffet nights.
