bottled water in buffets and specialty restaurants?

I know most AI's have bottles of water in the mini bar in the rooms, and at the bars, but will they bring a bottle of water to your table instead of pouring a glass at the buffet restaurants and at the specialty restaurants?? maybe it just depends on what resort your at?

I have a problem with my spleen, was just checked again every things o.k. but specialist reminds me to drink a lot of water( filtered) if possible , because I,m feeling so great I don't want to take any chances! Plus I like to eat and drink as healthy as possible.

Bottled water is everywhere. The restaurants always have it and many servers ask if you want it upon presenting you with the menu. No worries.

If you think that someplace might not have it, just buy at OXXO and take it with you. I always have one in my purse or hand on a daily basis in Mexico. What we also do is buy a couple of gallons of water at the OXXO for brushing teeth and drinking in the room. And then we pour those into our "already opened and drank water bottle=as a refill. And then take that with you That is even cheaper!

Great ideas, always carry a purse /bag with hand sanitizer- there's room for water too! I guess you can tell I'm a little germ-a-phobe as well. lol Thanks so much!

The water used at AIs restaurants is filtered. They just don't filter all water used at the resort water (like in the rooms, washrooms, etc), which is why they provide bottled water in rooms. But, water served and used at restaurants and bars is filtered.

The 3Rs are: Re-use, Recycle and Reduce

Love to do my part for the environment (at home we always do our best ) previously on vacations I always drank water poured from pitcher, guess Dr. scared me. Maybe a compromise, a little of both suggestions! When I get home I will never forget to R,R,and R.
