finding a cook in Merida

I am visiting Merida for two weeks; does any one have any advice about how to find a cook to come in and prepare dinner?

Hi - I have been getting this question a lot lately and am trying to get more info on what people expect from this kind of service before going out and creating it. What do you expect from this?

Male of female? Yucatecan food or all kinds of meals? Paid on an hourly basis or event basis? Clean up? English speaking?

Thanks!

Hi

Thx for the reply.

I am thinking of hourly. Cooking fish and some local dishes. Clean up also

The cook should do the shopping

No preference bt male or female. The job would be most nights for 2 wks

Thx for the help
