Ferry Terminal Under Construction

We are heading down to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal on November 16 to take the ferry to Isla. Is this the location where the construction is taking place? If so, does any one know if the oxxo store is open at that location?

Thank you

It is very much under construction. As we got off the boat one of the bicycle guys ask us if wanted to use him, we had done this last time, it was nice out, so we did. He took our bags and pointed us toward the line of people exiting off to the right around the construction and said something about the street and he headed off into the construction with our bags!. We found out why when we got to the street, finding a mob of people trying to get into cabs lined up along the street. We stepped around them and head toward PA, then here comes the bicycle guy thru the construction.

I would suggest doing the same or grabbing your own bags and walking away from the terminal a bit to get a cab. But the crowd probably all goes quickly anyway.
