Thanks for the suggestion, it actually won't let you complete the transactions, so I called and they told me they couldn't arrange anything within the last 48 hours, so I guess they don't mind missing out on the business. Do you know anything about the buss system, I might give it a shot if it is not too much of a hassle.

Take the bus from the airport, 40p, they got to the downtown Cancun bus station, take a taxi from there to the ferry, about $5.

or..

Colectivo (shared van) you pay for this at the airport, there's a desk where you pay right as you exit the terminal, a colectivo to Puerto Juarez is $18 one way.

I also fly standby and always get the public bus and then a $5 Taxi from the bus station. Very easy.

I thought I have seen desks for all these various transportions at the airport - what about walking up to Best Day when you get there and see if they'll take you? Just a thought! I always book ahead, but I would still rather do the shuttle than a bus and then a taxi. Good luck! :)

colectivo, $18 is for one person.

Don't let the bus/taxi scare you, it's very easy.

For 2 people it would cost you a total of about $13 to get to the ferry.

Take the ADO bus to downtown station then taxi over to ferry. It's a great adventure and very cheap! Good eats by the bus terminals in downtown too. We prefer this route because it's fun and adventures!
