hey all...just back and wanted to post a few things on the forum as my post the HOTEL review site may take a few days...
Melia is in great shape and just a $5.00 taxi ride from town. Irons, ironing boards, and blow dryers available right in the room.
Everyone is hardworking and smiling and although tipping is not required and you won't find a "tip jug" a buck tucked in your handshake is appreciated.
Yes, the water is seaweedy in front of our resort but...the El Coz to your left is a 3 minute walk if you want to snorkel and the beach to your right (deserted ) is a mere 3 minutes.
El Coz looked to be in great shape and very busy also ...the Melia appeared to have more of a beach area tho for the sunbathers.
