Royal Islander - tipping

Hello everyone!

Going to the Royal Islander for the first time this spring. I understand that we will be using our room card to buy our drinks, meals, etc. My question is about tipping.

Do they add tips onto the final bill? Or should we bring small bills to tip separately?

Thanks for the help!

You don't use cash on the resort - only your key card. Just add your tip to your bill. At checkout you settle your bill with cash or credit card.

All tips you add to your bills are split between numerous staff members. As long as you're ok with that, just tip on the bill. However, if you want to tip your specific server, and want to ensure they receive your entire tip, hand them the tip.
