There is an an ADO-GL bus at 1545 that goes all the way. It takes about 16 hours. There are also a couple of others, but they are less comfortable.
Thank you so much. One more question (maybe two!). Does the bus stop at Xpujil so we could take the bus from SC to Xpujil, then overnight and see some of the nearby ruins, and then travel on to Tulum? Thank you!!!
I doubt if ADO buses stop there, and they run through the night anyway. You can check timetables on the Ado website.
