Lunch in Ixtapa

My husband and I are staying in Zihuatanejo and were planning to spend a day in Ixtapa. Where is a central spot to get off the bus? Also any sightseeing and lunch spots on or off the beach would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks folks!

Anyplace along the main drag will do. It's not "big".

Use Google Maps Diana and you can street-view the area.

When you do the search, put in Zihuatanejo and just move over to Ixtapa.

If you search Ixtapa, for some reason Google always puts me in the little burg outside of Mexico City.

I don't know if Bogart's serves lunch, but they do early dinner.

It's at the Krystal hotel, right down by the boulevard.

No ocean view, but if you are a Casa Blanca fan, it is made up to mimic Rick's Cafe Americana right down to the raised dais piano.

Emilio's off the main drag has good ribs and pizza.

Rubin's for burger fixes, but for me they are an acquired taste.

Have a Great Time!

Keith

P.S. In Zihuatanejo I like Lety's. Directly across the foot bridge at the pier parking lot. I like about anything that she serves there, but the shrimp in chipotle cream sauce is my downfall.
