Las Sirenas

There is a statue of mermaids on Av. Jose Morelos. I believe, by the colour it is made of Jade. Can anyone tell me the name of the statue, the material it is made of, when, it was carved, the name of the model, & who carved it? any and all info would be greatly appreciated.
