Bus from Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara

Hi, we are planning to take the ETN bus from PVR to GDL. We will be staying at a hotel in Centro in Guadalajara. Should we get off at Zapopan or Tlaquepaque?

How to get from there to Centro?

I would try the Guadalajara forum for directions within GDL.

It makes sense to get off at Zapopan and get a taxi from there to your final destination. (Tlaquepaque is another 45 minutes further but the distance from Centro is about the same so there's no real advantage in staying on the bus unless you're actually staying in that area.)

Just get off at Zapopan and take a taxi to El Centro. . It is app. 100 pesos or so (not expensive).

If you want to know how to take the bus, you could ask on the Guad forum.

Enjoy your trip!

We took a cab from Zapopan to centro, it was 130 pesos I beleive.

The bus from the bus station to downtown is not very convenient and will most likely be pretty crowded. Cab is a better opion.
