Mazatlan is making a good run in the Battle of the Destinations on the Mexican version of Travelocity

Now if someone could tell those of us not too good with Espanol how to vote.

Hi Bob - It seems I saw something in an ad by El Cid about the vote, I'll try to get the cobwebs surrounding my brain cleared out and see if I can find it.

It was an e-mail from El Cid and as the knowledgeable Mr Jones said, that part of the voting is over and Maz won.... YEA!! The e-mail jumped you to the same link you have listed, so us Spanish challenged people still had to look up the translations. ;-}

Yes, for the second year in a row we won the Best Family Beach destination, and this year, by a LANDSLIDE. Puerto Vallarta was a rather distant 2nd, with Cancun and Acapulco hardly registering. I think there may have been one more (Zihua/Ixtapa)? Mazatlan wound up with nearly 70% of the votes. This was the first in a 4 week series. It was all over Mexican TV and social media.

It sounds like Mazatlan is having a great summer...and well deserved I might add.
