Take the Sabalo Centro bus (the one that goes right to the ferries), and after doing a quick trip through the downtown, they head back to the Malecon, and here is where you want to jump off just before they head back into the 'burbs - just ask them for the Freeman - right on the Malecon, before the big SINALOA coat of arms that are on a roundabout. Sorry - this is the best description I can give, we kinda found our way around there without knowing streetnames and jumped on and off buses whenever we see something interesting. I am sure someone else will provide more concise directions. Enjoy!

We drove down and parked. It is only 3 blocks from Machado Square and we walked back and forth. The tallest building with the flags on it towards the beach. A taxi should get you there for about 50 or 60 pesos.
