La Boquita is a lovely beach, fairly large, and pretty busy. There's a long line of beachfront restaurants there, and as long as you're drinking and eating at one of them, they'll let you sit at a table under an umbrella for free. Make sure you ask before sitting down that the table is included in the cost of food and beer. If they tell you it isn't, move on.

If you're bringing your own snacks and beer, they'll charge you between 50 and 100 pesos to use the tables for the day.

There are usually lots of people, but it seldom feels crowded.
