Marti's la diana location closed down, it was only a matter of time. Might be a great spot for another taco stand.

Maybe they'll give Lalo's a bit of competition with a sidewalk restaurant ?

Seems they like that one! and being outside here in the winter months is great (except for the Costera's noise and exhausts)

I believe the one in Diamante is still open near Comercial Mexicana?

Turns out it was a remodel. They should be finished in the next couple weeks by the look of things.

Lalo's has now moved (or at least during the busy weekends) out on the sidewalk with tables for mostly drinking and singing!!!

Looks like the people enjoy them selves and it sure is LOUD!!!

(Opps Forgot) too loud - too old?? Ha Ha

but not that loud if you're there having fun and we haven't tried the food for about 1 year.

Cabrito still has chili nogadas!! And Great MOLE

Lagotex, here is a link to a photo of chiles en nogada that I had in PV at Andales this summer. They are yummy but some might find them really sweet.

Chiles en Nogada is a dish from Mexican cuisine. The name comes from the Spanish word for the walnut tree, nogal. It consists of poblano chiles filled with picadillo (a mixture usually containing shredded meat, aromatics, fruits and spices) topped with a walnut-based cream sauce, called nogada, and pomegranate seeds, giving it the three colors of the Mexican flag: green for the chili, white for the nut sauce and red for the pomegranate. The walnut used to prepare nogada is a variety called Nogal de Castilla or Castillan

Walnut.

I like the very finely ground and good quality meat inside the chili at Cabritos.

I do not find it too sweet but an interesting flavor of the mixed meat, fruits and vegetables (very few) and the flavorful spices. Hoping they have all the seeds out of the chili and roasted well before stuffed, or you may get a really hot chili?? But like their mole; all mixed together is a Great experience for the taste buds!! LOL

*Try them!! interesting to hear if you like them??
