We just want to say - for the record - that this particular ACA forum has been a wonderful source of information - and that the many answers, comments, & personal opinions freely offered and expressed are far more helpful than any travel guide available.
It's quite obvious that the folks who patronize this forum are all good people - who have, of course, this common interest - and who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. Whether you live in ACA, have visited many times, or are planning your first visit - everyone has something to give.
The forum may be "busy" right now - with tourists planning for their "winter" escapes to ACA - and it will, no doubt, slow down at some point - but keeping it going is well worth the effort. Always something new to learn - or offer.
Mucho gracias, amigos!
P.S. Last year - we frequented the Acapulco.com forum (which doesn't have the same amount of activity this year) - but have to say that Need4Speed (and others) gave us lots of info for our first ACA trip! There's so much to pick from - but, as we all know, vacation time (no matter how long it may be) is always limited - and we've found that having all this information ahead of time allows us to plan (in advance) a "loose" itinerary for our stay. It also saves us tons of potentially-wasted $$$ ... by knowing, from others, which restaurants (for example) might not offer "the best food" in Acapulco. A consensus of personal opinions & experiences is invaluable.
Now having said all that - are y'all tired of our many questions yet? [Hey - we're still learning!]
