Where to go, advice needed...

My girlfriend and I are planning a trip to the Caribbean and are looking at going to the Bahamas.

I was looking at All Inclusive Resorts: ClubMed - Columbus Isle, Breezes, and Riu - Paradise Island. (Atlantis and Sandals were a bit too pricy).

We're in our late 20's and want to stay for about a week in August and relax. Ideally, I want a place with clean rooms, decent service and food and fun activities. There have been mixed reviews on all three of the resorts i've been researching, can anyone give me a suggestion as to the one I should check out?

Thanks a million, i really appreciate it!

Tluv, I have stayed at Breezes the past 4 years and always had a wonderful time. Lots of activities, if you chose, or just relaxation if that's what you want as well. This package does include everything except motorized water sports so there is always something to do. As most of us say, this is not a 5 star hotel, the room could and do need some upgrading, but they are clean and spacious enough. The resort itself has daily activities on the beach and in the pool, nightly entertainment from a piano bar, disco room (no disco music), Funky D and the Breezes band upstairs, kareoke night, comedy night, tennis, basketball and a game room. Downtown Nassau and some clubs are a short distance away on the #10 bus for $1.00 that picks you up outside of Breezes. The casino is a few minute walk from Breeze and Cafe Kalik ( a club) is right next door to Breezes (not included in your package) Also while there, book one of the excursions like Sea Island or Stuart Cove for snorkeling. Sea Island takes you to an Island for snorkeling, lunch and drinks (around 60.00 per person) and Stuart Cove is great too but no Island for around 50.00 per person. I wish you the best time no matter where you stay, just enjoy the bahamas.
