Hi,

Me and my fiance are going to Breezes from the 12-26th July, this year to get married.

Could anyone please advise if it is better for us to take US Dollars or Bahamian Dollars?

We have been told that we can use both and it won't make a difference as everything has a price ticket on it, in both US and Bahamian Dollars.

Would appreciate any advice.

Also what are good trips to go on.

Thanks

Congratulations on your engagement. You'll have a wonderful time.

$1US = 1 Bahamian dollar, so there is no difference in spending or exchanging monies. Some ATM's give USD and some bahamian. They are marked accordingly. Casinos use USD only.

Here's a link to your tour desk.. My favorites are Flying Cloud, Stuart Cove snorkeling, Robinson Crusoe/Sea Island tour to Rose Island and the Powerboat Adventure.

This will depend on what you like to do..

That is so wonderful. We just came back from Breezes and I can't say enough good things. We used US dollars and did get some change back in bahamian dollars but that was great too. They had a wedding while we were there and it was just beautiful and looked so romantic. The staff catered to the whole bridal party and they loved it. They had the gazebo nicely decorated. I know your pictures are going to be beautiful. The newely married couple went with us on an trip with Sea Island Adventure and they were thrilled with Breezes. I wish you all the happiness and have a wonderful time at Breezes and in the Bahamas.

Congratulatons on your upcoming marriage Emrich! And in the Bahamas too, it doesn't get better than that. I too think that you will love Breezes. Hey your getting married and a honeymoon, so nothing can be bad, right? We go there often and always have a wonderful stay. I too have seen weddings there and they are gorgeous. We always use US dollars and never had any trouble doing that. Have the best time and let us know how your trip was.
