When we were there in August they had sushi on Wednesday nights, 5-8 @ Pickles in Coral Bay, not sure if it's still going on or not.

Zero closed a couple of months back.

In Cruz Bay, Cafe Livin' does sushi on Friday and Saturday nights. It is really really good too! It's not a huge menu, and changes daily, but I highly recommend it. You can check out their Facebook page for an idea of past menus. They are open from 5:30-9pm Tuesday through Saturday for dinner, but do sushi on both Friday and Saturday because it's been a big hit with locals and visitors.
