Well, if you are in town on Friday, the church that is across from Connections has been selling food for lunch. Well, not the church, but some people set up in their front lawn. This is 'West Indian" style food and it is delicious and very reasonably priced. They have been doing it every Friday for a month (plus) now. They do a fried fish that my husband really enjoys. It is a whole fried local fish...usually a hind (grouper family).

Another place that does whole fried fish is Patrick's, which is the food van that sits in the customs parking lot across from the post office. They also have local caught fish.

If you are just looking for any kind of fried fish...well, lots of places have fish and chips on their menu. They typically use mahi mahi, and it's rarely locally caught.

The Fish n Chips at Black Sand Bistro, second level of the Marketplace, would be my favorite :)
