Need help with Villa selection

We are 5 adults - extended family and need 4 bedrooms with air conditioning. What are the best villa rental agencies to help us find a place for late July? We prefer the more populated side of the island but in a peaceful neighborhood. Thoughts?

The south side of the island is the area that will meet your requirements. From Fish Bay, Klein Bay, Rendezvous and Ditlieff area, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay, and there are many more areas but I don't know all the names. Good luck and have fun shopping!

We stayed in Vista Caribe last October...the number of bedrooms matches and the additional space is outstanding....great pool and fabulous views....you can see it on either Catered To... or Caribbean Villa site...

check out Casa Bueno, It is located mid island which makes it convenient to all of the beaches and the view is breathtaking.

Can you tell me more about Vista Caribe. Have rented it for early July with 4 adults, a 2 yr old and a baby. Looks like we will use the upstairs master and DD, S'IL and the kids in 2 cribs will use the cabana. Do you think that will work. Concerned about a shaded outdoor play area for the 2 yr old.

I stayed at Morningside Villa in Klein Bay 2 years ago. Easy location, close to Cruz Bay, gorgeous views, marvelous kitchen and 4 very private bedrooms. It doesn't get much better than this villa. We went through Catered to Vacation Homes and they were great to work with. Had a minor air conditioning problem in one of the bedrooms and they sent someone out right away to correct the problem. Have a great trip!

We toured a number of villas last week looking for an A/C place for July with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Must you have 4 BR or can you do 3 if one of the bedrooms have twins? My top pick would be Colibri on Maria Bluff. Cateredto has the listing, as does caribbeanvilla.com. The house and views are just top of the line. Our second favorite was Vista Caribe, but grandpa, my DH, loved it best and as he is the banker, it's his choice. Another fine house is Cocotier, very near to Vista Caribe in Virgin Grand Estates. Also all A/C. This house, and La Papaya are through Destination St John, another fine company to work itch. Think Argonauta through Vacation Vistas is also available in July and many folks love..love,love that house. You have quite a few choices.
