nhrjg: It's never "rainy the whole month" any month! In over two decades of living here I can recall only two occasions when it rained for three days in a row and that was during hurricanes Hugo (1989) and Marilyn (1995.) The weather forecast always calls for anywhere from 20-50% chance of rain but unless a wave comes through which covers the whole island for a few hours, this generally means that you'll get an occasional shower in some part of the island. You can literally be driving around, pass through a downpour and then suddenly cross a wet/dry line on the road and be back in brilliant sunshine again.

Hope this helps. Cheers!
