Best FOODIE Restaurants in Provo?!?

My girlfriend an I are traveling for the first time to T&C and are big time foodies!!! We are staying at the Seven Stars Resort and would love some restaurant recommendations. Price doesn't really matter, just want to know what places are considered the best of the best for food!!! Thanks!!

Blamona's list is correct IMO, but I would insert Caicos Cafe in between Coyaba and Bay Bistro. Just be aware that for some of the places you will need to be sure to order four courses to be satisfied in terms of quantity. (Anacaona, O'Soleil)

Perhaps for a fun lunch - Yoshis Sushi is considered world class.

I would throw Las Brisas in there too for the view, food is consistantly good as well.

Last summer we had the pleasure of touring Northern Italy where we had some amazing meals. Caicos Cafe matched some of that experience on our lone visit (they are open less than a year). Owner from the Emilia Romagna region - the food capital of the world.

Coyaba should fit the bill as well for foodies.

What about Mango Reef @ Alexandra?

I'd definitely put it at the top 3-5 in Provo.

All,

What would the list look like for most romantic setting AND Foodie centric?

Do Coco Bistro, Coyaba, Bay Bistro and Caicos Cafe still hold the top spots ?? Opinions on Lemon Cafe?

Which are on the water? I understand Coco Bistro is not correct? We will be on Provo in early April (after spiny lobser season unfortunately)

Coco Bistro is not on the water, it's in a grove of coconut trees all lit up with fairy/christmas white lights. Just FYI with Coco Bistro (which is my all time favorite restaurant on island), you need to make reservations at least 4-5 days in advance right now. (I was chatting with the owner and his wife and they are booking up sooner and sooner right now). Oh and their portions are very generous...wear elastic pants LOL.

I would add Grace's Cottage to the list as well.
