Sands snorkelling equipment.

Has anyone stayed at the Sands and used their snorkelling equipment. Should I bring my own?

I have my own equipment so I didn't use the Sands stuff, but heard of others complaining of the poor quality. They also don't have a large supply so if you don't get there early, they're gone. I personally like having my own and you can get masks and snorkels fairly cheaply now.

I rented once in Belize and that was the last time. Now whether I snorkle or dive I bring my own equipment. The stuff you borrow or rent can be in pretty questionable shape and its not worth letting the equipment dampen your adventure.
