Cotton House dining?

Looking at either of the LL pkgs which include "full a la carte dinner" every evening.

So how's the restaurant/chef and night to night variety? I'm not necessarily too keen on eating at the same place every night, and that's not to say we couldn't venture out for one or two nights -- but at the same time, we've paid for it once already :) How's the dining on Mustique in general -- would we be missing out on a lot should we dine at Cotton House for dinner every night?

FWIW, my only frame of reference for small inn dining is Montpelier in Nevis. We did 2 nights dining there and the rest (4) out at restaurants. I think we probably could've eaten there every night - great chef, great variety.

Thanks in advance.

These dogs are as soft as putty and all owned by someone. One of the three around the cotton House is said to belong to Mick Jagger! They never 'bother' anyone unless they are invited to and are the best behaved muts I have ever met. My wife is scared of dogs but not these as they are nicer than some of the other guests!

The Beach Cafe supplies the water guns.

Having said that I have never even seen a dog at the cafe. There are a couple (2 or 3) house dogs that one sees from time to time on the lawn of Cotton House from time to time; and these dogs are smallish and very friendly.

Just to end this point.

I returned 3 days ago.

There are three dogs.

One has been there years since I have been going and is supposed to belong to Mick Jagger. He is small, longish hair and has a wonderful personality.

Another one is a bit bigger and is called Rambo as a joke as he is a softy.

The third is small, short haired Jack russel type with a missing tail. He has the best pathetic starved con man face.

They are all house dogs (with collars) from nearby houses who socialise and scrounge on occasions at Cotton House. I saw all three regularly in the beach cafe as they had adopted a family with kids that both fed them and dropped a lot of food.

If you say shoo they go away completely but if you pat them they smile and wag tails furiously!

They would not frighten a flea....and they don't have any.

THE END
