Both islands have rainforests and spectacular scenery. St. Vincent has some beautiful and dramatic beaches, but they are mostly black sand except for some out of the way spots. It has nothing to compare with the beach at Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, for example (noting I hate this beach because, except for small areas at either end, it is wall to wall resorts and denuded of natural vegetation). An hour away from St. Vincent by ferry is the island of Bequia which, like most of the other Grenadines, has beautiful white sand beaches, both large and small. You will find no international chain all inclusives in St. Vincent although there are self-contained resort islands that offer this (Palm, PSV, Young and the Raffles resort on Canouan). None of these resorts are 'deals' if budget is a consideration.

If AI and 'deal' are your imperatives, then you might want to consider the Dominican Republic . It also has 19,000 sq miles of rainforests and beautiful beaches. There are new resorts going up every day at bargain rates (spoiling the island for people who like the 'old' caribbean but great for those who like the AI experience).
