Marriott - Hotel Room Location - Help

I will be at the Marriott St. Kitts hotel for the first time in December. I will be with 2 young children, should I request to stay in the Main Hotel, or should I request one of the smaller villa/house? My room selection is a one Bedroom Suite, any recommendations on what location would be appreciated. Thanks

I am going to the Marriott on Monday and am also staying in a suite. I think all the suites are located in the garden houses.

6 of one, half dozen another. The main building is great. The only bonus to the main building is the proximity to the pools and ocean. You can't get a bad room at St. Kitts Marriott.

I've stayed in both and the ONLY downside to the main building is that sometimes they have parties in the main building on the 2nd floor over looking the property. If that happens AND your room is near the party, then it can be loud.

The villas have a different sent of issues with noise. Sometimes, your neighbors can be loud.

Lesser of two evils? The villas. We're in one now and check out tomorrow (12/3).

Have a wondeful time!!!!!! You won't find a better place to stay!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering how you made out with the rooms...we're travelling at the end of Jan with a 18month old and wonder if you have any suggestions for room recommendations.

Thanks

All room at this resort are beautiful. My kids got a kick out of the bidet!

If you can, get an ocean view room on one of the top floors. The small villas are 3 storeys high and if you get a room on the first or second floor you may have a tree obstruction and you won't see the ocean.

If you can get a top floor suite in the main building facing the Atlantic Ocean, you will have an awesome view. The main building is very tall and it is very close to the restaurants and pools, etc. We had a garden view room with no balcony facing the tennis courts and it was very, very far from everything --except tennis! It would have been nice to have a balcony to step out onto. We would get lost most days just trying to find our room!
