Restaurants 7 mile beach?

Seeking anything from fine dining to fun casual places for lunch and dinner for two (50/52 year old couple). Also any ideas for a nice dinner with my granddaughters one night, ages 3-13. We are staying at the Marriott, kids are with their parents on the East End except for one with us on smb.

Thanks. Sandi in VA

oh gosh, there are many restaurants in 7MB area, and many close by in Georgetown. Casanova (Georgetown) perfect for all, and esp. great with the grandchildren. Check out caymanrestaurants.com and caymangoodtaste.com

There are so many along SMB however if its your first time on GC try the Wharf and also Hemingways at the Hyatt is good> Royal Palms is very nice as well. For cheap breakfast lunch or even dinner try Eats

Up in West bay go to Calypso Grill

Have fun

I wasn't impressed with Eats at all. Price was reasonable, but the food was not very good. Copper Falls steakhouse was great if you like a good steak. Great service there too.

We have never been at all disappointed with Calypso Grille, Ragazzi, Copper Falls, Edoardo's or Casanova. Also enjoyed a great meal at Lobster Pot. Found the Wharf's food not so good yet expensive, Hemingway's not as good as it used to be. Always enjoy our meals at Grand Old House though pricey & service there is slow. Been meaning to return to Pappagallo due to lots of rave reviews. Haven't been in several years due to the last time they were out of the first 3 entrees on the menu we wanted, as well as 4 different great wines on the wine list, and 3 desserts we tried to order. A Saturday evening, but NOT late. It's a gorgeous place, the people very nice, food was fine, just very disappointing because they could not deliver so many of our choices.
