What happened to Bob Soto's diving?

I was just curious what happened to them. I did some diving with them in 2001 and 2002 during a vacation and when I was this year I didn't see them around anymore. Although I did see that Soto's does a snorkel trip to Stingray City.... Is that the same Soto's? Are they still around? They seemed to be one of the larger dive shops on the island when I last used them.

1. Re: What happened to Bob Soto's diving?

The snorkel trip is by Randy Soto (and it gets good reports!), and yes, there is a relationship there to Bob Soto, father of Cayman diving.

Bob Soto's (the dive operator) was sold by Ron Kipp a couple of years back to Dan Tibbetts, who owns Reef Divers (who were, until that time, based in Little Cayman and Cayman Brac only), and now that is the merged operation... and yes, they are still going strong.
