Looking for a Caribbean beach with shallow calm water

Hi. Hoping someone can come up with some suggestions:

I'm looking for a resort (all inclusive would be nice) in the Caribbean/Mexico with a sandy beach where the water is very calm, warm and shallow for quite some distance off the beach.

We have 6, 9 and 12 y/o kids and am afraid of deep water and would like them to experience snorkeling and exploring out in the water. I am hoping for a place in the Caribbean or Mexico. Budget is ~$7,000 or less for up to 6 nights. Preferably a direct flight from Minneapolis/St. Paul MN.

Any suggestions would be appreciated and if there are any pictures, even better. Thanks!

Seven Mile Beach would give you the beach experience that you want, but there are no All Inclusives of that type anywhere in the Cayman Islands.

Time of year makes a big difference in pricing and you have not said when you plan to travel. You will find some resorts on Seven Mile Beach ( as mentioned, none are all inclusive ) in your search. You might not be aware that there are many more condos than hotels in the area and are often a popular choice for families who are not looking for full resort services.

Negril Jamaica. Riu Negril, all inclusive and will be significantly under that budget.

Since creating a profile, the OP has copied and pasted the same question in multiple forums. It appears they have found the information they want on other forums.

We all have different wants for optimum vacation and experience. For us Grand Cayman has delivered countless times staying in a beachfront central SMB condo with calm water and expansive uncontested beachfront steps away from the unit, easy walk or drive to grocery/liquor store/shopping. We also feel safe there since crime is minimal, Camanians are such lovely people, well educated, respectful and their living standards well above most other Caribbean Islands.

Check out Lacovia condominiums in Grand Cayman. Perfect beach, calm water. We get groceries delivered and eat breakfast and lunch in and go out for dinner. Love it !!!
