St. Maarten Hotels/French Side

My fiancee and I would like to spend a few relaxing and romantic days on the French side in St. Maarten during our honeymoon next October. I was originally looking at La Samanna as a place to stay, however I was informed they are closed during the month of October. Based on the research I have been doing it appears that Grand Case Beach Club and LePetit Hotel are both highly recommended but I'm having a difficult time choosing. I was wondering if anyone can recommend one over the other as a better choice or if anyone has any other recommendations, I would really appreciate it.

My husband and I recently stayed at Le Petit and would highly recommend it. It's an intimate, boutique-style hotel right on the beach. Our room was very nice and we relaxed on our balcony every morning, while enjoying the complimentary pastries, and every night, while sharing a bottle of wine. The hotel is very clean and the customer service was excellent.

I've never been to Grand Case Beach Club, so I can't compare the two, but I think Le Petit would be a good honeymoon spot. PM me if you would like more information.

Whatever you choose, have a great time. And, congratulations on your upcoming marriage.
