is September a low season in St Lucia? Is there lots or rain or hurricane by this month?

This was answered in your earlier question about weather. Yes, September is rainy season with the chance, however small, of a hurricane or tropical storm. Rainy season/hurricane season runs June-Nov.

Sept is low season for hotels, etc. Great deals can be found, but there are also a few places, restaurants and hotels that close for Sept due to low, low season. They use the time for rennos, updates and vacation.
