Is Winn Air in same terminal in St. Martin as other airlines

Hi, another question. I have a 50 min. connection to the last flight to St. barts. NY flight gets in 50 min. to connect to Win Air in St. martin (larger airport). Does anyone know if Jet Blue is close to Win Air- and do you have to re-go thru security?Any help would be appreciated. its been 5 years since I've gone and I just can't remember!

Yes! When you get off your international flight there is a bank of local airlines to check into to transfer to your flight without having to go through immagration.

Unless your luggage is checked through with Winair (and your airline has this arrangement) you'll have to clear immigration and claim your bags.

I am travelling domestic - not from an international airline - Jet Blue actually to St. Martin - will I have to get my bags after the dom. flight? uggh or will they go straight to Win air? AND, is Win air even in the same terminal? I pray because I only have a 50 min. connection. Anyone? I got two diff. answers below.

It is an international flight!!!! You are leaving the US and going to another country-that is your international flight.

50 minutes is pretty tight unless you are doing only carry on.

Thank you everyone. I really really appreciate it. Im taking the ferry due to all your posts. I simply do not have enough time to clear immigration and get the flight. Again, I appreciate all your posts. :)

Ferry?

Another option is to get VIP service.

You can have an agent greet you as you walk off the plane, claim your bags (or put them on the next Winair flight) escort you through Immigration and walk you to your gate.

About $200 or so.

If you decide to take the ferry (pack some Dramamine if you're prone) can be a rough ride + it's a cab ride there and waiting AND someone will have to meet you at the dock in Gustavia. St. Barts is worth it though!

Don't check any luggage. You could simply take the "in transit lane". No custom or security to clear.
