I recently posted a question about a special dinner for my Mom and friends who were celebrating their 70th birthdays and was given info about a private chef. I wanted to report back the happy results!
My mother and her friends just returned from PR and had a wonderful dinner prepared by Francisco Collazo. Francisco and his wife, Julie, greeted them warmly and shared their home with much joy. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The Cuban mojitos before dinner were the best they had on the Island and the special dessert was “to die for.” All three ladies were delighted with the evening and by the time they were escorted back to their hotel, El Convento, and said their good-byes, they felt as if they had left two, dear friends.
