I made a reservation with Sixt. When I arrived in PR vehicle was not available until the following day. I tried driving to Cabo Rojo but never made it due to a bad tire. I had to buy a tire, at Sixt's advice, but never made it to the hotel because another tire gave out. I called Roadside Assiatance to come get us. My entire family's lives were at risk because Sixt did not check the vehicle's conditions. Never received an apology, or phone call until I went back to Sixt. Horrible experience.
