Perfectly fine. I booked 3 different excursions with this company and everything was perfect. We did have to pay a deposit but the remaining will be in cash when your driver picks you up. Also you will have to print out a confirmation page to give to your driver as well. Our driver was Steve. After the first activity we requested to have Steve for the other two excursions as well. Nothing but good things!!! We did the Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain(bobsled and zip lining), Horseback riding, river tubing, and Dolphine Cove.

Currently in Jamaica. We had a great trip with Karandas tours, they were on time and our driver was Robert. He was very good. Other people at our hotel have since booked with them and were equally impressed. We also prepaid a 25% deposit and paid the driver the balance.

We didn't pay a deposit - just phoned them up. We got them to take us from Ochie to Kingston for our flight home. They only charged us $100 when Cross Jamaica wanted 170$ and another local firm wanted 150$. Not only was it an informative trip, but as we had time on our hands the driver gave us a tour around down town Kingston which was interesting. Nice clean comfortable car. The same driver took us to Nine Miles earlier in our stay.
