weddingmooning possibly in Jamaica!!

Hello everyone !!

I've been to Jamaica before about 8 yrs ago with some friends and had a GREAT time I was there in June , Montego Bay ( Stayed at the Sunset Beach and Resort))Now this time around I am getting married March 15, 2006 .. We were going to go to St. Lucia but everyone keeps telling us to go to Jamaica.. So ok we're are going to go there instead.. a bit cheaper for 7 nts than St Lucia.. anyhow undecided on where to stay we are doing a SANDALS weddingmoon and not sure if( Royal Carribean Sandals is the one in Montego Bay) , or (Sandals Grande Negril) is the place to be can someone HELP !! us with where is better to stay both i am assuming are really nice from the pics i have viewed thus far.. we are in our 30's

looking for romantic days and nights by ourselves as well as entertainment ((FUN)) but not crazy well maybe a little i mean it is our wedding lol .. but ya know what i mean .. anyhow all tips are greatly appreciated if anyone has stayed at either of those places .. whether it was honeymooning , weddingmooning or just plain old vacationing.. thanks

PNKRIBBONS4U--------- I was in Jamaica April 2005 and had the best time of my life...... We stayed at Breezes Montego Bay the all adult resort. It was wonderful and the people there were great... The JAMAICANS took us three girls out to party and we had not problem with it.. They were complete gentleman.. People always assume that the jamaicans will hurt you and they say you can't walk the streets they will hassle you too much. That is not so the case.. We walked the streets at all hours of the night and had no problems at all. NONE.. They workers from the resort took us to Maruaritville one night and then to another club not on the hip strip and we got home at 6 am with no problems. We were probably the only americans in that club but we had the best time and we had no problems with them at all. NO matter where you stay you will have so much fun and you will have a great wedding.. i mean my my you will be in Jamaica for a wedding instead of Pa where i live also... what can be better than that. Its so beautiful there and the beaches are so great. So have fun and enjoy yourself and the JAMAICANS will not harm you.......

My fiance and I are leaving in less than two weeks for our weddingmoon at Sandals Montego Bay. We are in our 30's as well and wanted a wedding with the least amount of stress as possible. We decided against SRC because of the very small beach and I am more of a beach person. We chose SMB because of its central location to the tours. People complain about the planes at SMB, but then again, we will not have to ride an hour to get to the resort. We will see. We will be back in three weeks so I will let you know how it goes. Best of luck!

Pnk, lol, long as we know what we mean, lol. The Coral Cliff Casino is right across from Marguerita----you know the place. Only slots but food was pretty good and the entertainment was too. I think you'll have a good time. I would win some money and then play it right back. My friend won about $1200 the last night we we were there! I just don't have that kinda luck. The jamaican men were ready to party but we passed up the party (probably good for us, huh).

Oh and I should probably add that it was not because we were scared or anything. We had no fear. They were the friendliest folks ever, we talked sometimes holding long interesting conversations and great dance partners. We just knew when to say no.

Peace.
